We realise that shopping online has the challenge that you don’t get to closely inspect the products so we offer a full refund on any item that you’re not 100% happy with. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase then, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Once your returned item is received by us , we will send you an email to notify you.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet please double check your credit/bank account.

It may take some time before your refund is visible on your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still don’t see your refund then please contact us at owner@windchimecordncraft.com.

Shipping returns

The return address is provided on the delivery note which you’ll receive with the purchased item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
